DUTIES

To plan, organize and control the work of construction crew workers to fulfil the schedule of concreting works

Ensure compliance with technical documents

To provide crew workers with work safety equipment to monitor compliance with work safety and technical regulations at the site

Prepare the tools needed to perform the expected work

Accept materials at the site and ensure the collection of records

Carry out the systematization of work performance documentation following the requirements (site diaries, self-controls)

If necessary, together with the crew, participate in reinforcement fixing works, concrete formwork installation works and concreting works

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Secondary special education in construction

At least 3 years of experience in managing construction works related to reinforcement, formwork work and concreting works

Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian

Proficiency in English at a conversational level

Category B driving license

Good computer skills (MS Office)
